This pendant features Cerberus, the three-headed watchdog of the underworld, taken from a fresco titled Charon’s Boat, the Sleep of Night, and Morpheus by Luca Giordano, created between 1648 and 1686. The detailed imagery brings to life the mythical guardian of the underworld.
